We change the filters in all rooms three times a year so that the heating and cooling systems function properly.
Even though residents do not need to be present, they DO need to have everything, i.e. posters, lights, furniture, etc. removed from and in front of the unit. RPS is not responsible for any damage that may occur to items that have to be moved for this work to be performed.
The work is typically performed by RPS maintenance staff and employees of a firm contracted by IU between the hours of 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. and it only takes 10 – 15 minutes to complete.
